Description
Whole chicken breast layered with roasted diced tomatoes, spices and herbs, basil, and parmesan with a balsamic drizzle.
Thaw overnight in fridge. Preheat oven to 425. Bake on a foil lined baking sheet, covered with foil for 30-35 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake 10-15 minutes. Watch it so it doesn’t brown too much on top. Delicious over pasta or rice!
