Description
Cubed chicken breast and thighs stewed in a flavorful sauce made with cumin, coconut milk, and garam masala. If you enjoy the Thai Curry Meatballs you will definitely enjoy this easy crock pot meal.
Comes with seasoned rice.
Thaw overnight in fridge. Layer chicken breast in bottom of crock pot.
Add contents of sauce bag to crock pot. Gently mix without disturbing chicken. Cook on high 1 1/2 – 2 1/2 hrs or on low 4 – 6 hrs. When chicken is done remove, cool enough to handle then dice and return to crock pot. Cook an additional 30 minutes.
Rice: Bring 4c water and 2 tbs butter to a rolling boil in a medium size sauce pot. Add rice, stir, cover immediately and reduce heat to low. Let simmerr coverred for 25 minutes. DON’T PEAK! The steam is important! Fluff rice with a fork when done.
