Exactly as it sounds…..a big mac in a pan. Ground beef seasoned with all the traditional cheeseburger spices and browned with diced onions and sweet roasted corn. Layered with my own secret sauce, cheese, and pickles than topped with creamy mashed potatoes, this is one of my favorite comfort food dinners!
This is a heavy one! Make sure to bake this on a baking sheet for stability! From thawed, bake covered with foil at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake an additional 10-15 minutes to brown the top. Let it rest before serving. Yum!!
