Description

Roasted poblano peppers layered with cheese and a secret tamale crust, red sauce, and more cheese!

 

Thaw overnight in the fridge. Remove inner paper before baking. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 35-45 mins, uncovered. You will know this one is done when the top layer is puffy with golden edges and the center is no longer wobbly. Let it rest 5 or so before scooping. Delicious with sour cream and guacamole!
