This is one of my daughter Caitlin’s favorite meals! When it was her turn to pick what was for dinner she’d say….”Make the Mac & Cheese with all the stuff in it mom!” Hence, the name. 🙂
Ground beef, elbow pastas, peppers, onions, tomatoes, Kidney beans, and a mess of seasonings and spices with a rich and creamy cheddar sauce. This is THE BEST cold weather supper. Delicious!
Bake from thawed at 375.
Small pans: cover with foil and bake 35-40 minutes.
Large pans: tent metal lid over top And bake
45-50 minutes. Uncover then bake both pans an additional 10-15 minutes. Let it rest 15 minutes prior to serving.
