Description
A classic Italian dinner that leaves everyone happy and full! My lasagna is pasta layered with my own meat sauce made with whole slow roasted tomatoes and garlic, and a blend of ricotta and spices with shredded mozzarella. Easily baked to perfection and bubbly goodness in a little more than an hour.
Thaw overnight in fridge. Remove inner parchment lining. Bake on a foil lined baking sheet for stability. Tent lid of pan over top. Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes. Watch it closely so the cheese doesnt burn. Cheese is sassy like that!
