This is one of my daughter Caitlin’s favorite meals! When it was her turn to pick what was for dinner she’d say….”Make the Mac & Cheese with all the stuff in it mom!” Hence, the name. 🙂
Ground beef, elbow pastas, peppers, onions, tomatoes, Kidney beans, and a mess of seasonings and spices with a rich and creamy cheddar sauce. This is THE BEST cold weather supper. Delicious!
Thaw over night in fridge. Bake, covered on a foil lined baking sheet at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
