Description
Chicken breast in a yummy scratch made orange ginger sauce. Cooked effortlessly in the crock pot then shredded and served over rice. Couldn’t be easier to throw together on a busy weeknight.
Put contents of bag in slow cooker with 1, 1 1/2, or 2 cups water. Stir well to combine. Cook on high 2 hours or low 4 hours. Shred chicken once done. Serve over rice.
Rice: Bring 4 c water with a pinch of salt to a boil in a medium pot on the stove top. Add Rice, stir well, reduce heat to low and cover for 25 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
