We made this in the crockpot and loved it. The liquid is thinner than most commercial brands, cut that happened to be the way we like it anyway. We tend to find most commercial variations cloying when thickened with cornstarch and sweetened too much. The favors of this kit blended well together. There was enough for 3 heavy eaters and some leftovers for work.
