Description

A classic Italian dinner that leaves everyone happy and full! My lasagna is pasta layered with my own meat sauce made with whole slow roasted tomatoes and garlic, and a blend of ricotta and spices with shredded mozzarella.  Easily baked to perfection and bubbly goodness in a little more than an hour.

    This is a decadent lasagna. It has the standard yummy Italian food taste, along with a special piquancy that we’d never experienced before. Prepare for ALL THE CHEESE – seriously, have something ready to cut the cheese strings when you serve it.

    This lasagna is soooo good! You can tell the sauce is homemade, no heartburn from over acid here, the cheese oozes from every layer; except from the extra meaty saucy layer! The portions are large, the cheese is stringy, the prep is easy! This choice is a no-brainer! Add a salad and bread, and your family is ready to eat.

    Unreal lasagna! We are a little snobby about our Italian food cause we make all our noodles and sauces from scratch but our family can’t stop talking about how this lasagna is the real deal!!
