Description

Chicken breast topped with mushrooms, red onions, crisp bacon, with a sweet and spicy honey mustard sauce and topped with a blend of cheeses.  This is one of my favorite dishes! You HAVE to try it!

 

Can be baked from frozen. Bake on a foil lined baking sheet at 375, covered for 35-40 minutes. Then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes but watch it closely! Cheese is sassy and will burn fast.
